Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Electrical Parts 1. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within our business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30pm Pacific Time, and ship out same business day (excluding weekends and holidays, and our extended holiday hours) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1 or 2 days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

All orders are shipped out via UPS ground carrier. If expedited shipping is needed, please contact us before placing the order to arrange shipping.

2. Shipment Locations

We currently ship to addresses only located in the United States. 
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Damages and Lost Packages

Electrical Parts 1 is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. We take extra care in correctly packaging all items so as to not damage them during the shipping process.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Photos may be requested. 

5. Returns Policy

Returns can be requested within 30 days of purchase date.
