Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items unless the material is returned with the original packing slip included.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following criteria:

       New, unused, and in original packaging

       Packaging must be unopened and undamaged

       All original manuals, accessories, and parts must be included

Returns will be denied if:

          Packaging and/or part/s are damaged

          Manuals or parts are missing

          The product appears used or not in original condition

Please make sure to include your:  Full Name, Email Address, Order Number, and        Reason for Return 

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will email you a return shipping label.

Additional Information

         The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged for return.

         Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

         Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
